Today’s Lunch

Today I went to see Harry Potter and The Deathly Hollows Part II… again.

And I cried… again.

I managed to pull myself together during the credits at the end…

Until I came out of the theater and saw that there was a display of every single Harry Potter movie poster since The Sorcerer’s Stone, and thus, got choked up again.

I realized that I read the very first Harry Potter book when I was 12 years old and a junior high school student. I read and re-read every book as soon as it came out, and I always went to see the movies on their opening weekend. Thirteen years later, I’m 25 and I’m married.

About half my life has been filled with Harry Potter, and now it has come to an end…

*sniffle*

I think I’ll just go re-read all the books now…

But first, today’s packed lunch!

Ham, cream cheese, lettuce, and sun-dried tomato pinwheels; chilled kabocha (Japanese pumpkin) soup; veggie chips; and mini-grapes

Stay cool everyone!
