Despite just getting back home yesterday from vacation, I did manage to make Hisa’s lunch this morning. This is one of the advantages to having things available in the freezer. Last time I made calzones for dinner, I made double the amount and individually wrapped and froze all the extras. Yesterday I took one out of the freezer and put it in the fridge, making this morning’s lunch preparation super easy.
Today’s lunch: Homemade calzone, blanched asparagus, carrot sticks, cucumber sticks, miso (for dipping the veggies in), and fresh pineapple.

This looks great! Do you mind sharing your calzone recipe?
Thanks! I thought I had posted the recipe already, but I haven’t! I’ll try and write a post with the recipe soon! :-)
