Spaghetti with turkey sausage tomato sauce and tossed salad
Tues:
Leftover biscuits with jam, plain yogurt with apple
Pinto beans, mashed turnips with butter, sautéed collared greens, multi-grain batter bread, and local cheese
Wed:
Soaked oatmeal, fruit
Mexican coconut curry, steamed brown rice, fruit salad
Thurs:
Homemade granola, plain yogurt
Homemade baked fish sticks, succotash, sautéed carrots, and boiled new potatoes
Fri:
Pumpkin muffins and fruit

Sat:
Soaked whole grain pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit
Black bean burritos, chips and homemade salsa
Sun:
Leftover pancakes
Pot roast with carrots and onions and mashed potatoes
