Here’s today’s lunch!
Homemade hummus, raw veggies (for dipping in hummus), broccoli and carrot salad, chicken deli meat, cheese cubes, a bran muffin, and a granola bar. I also included a small bag of pretzels (not shown).
Yesterday I did both weight/strength training at home and had karate class. It’s been awhile since I did both in the same day. Here’s today’s lunch! My husband made a yummy homemade curry for dinner last night, and there was a lot left-over, so I used that for today’s lunch.
Vegetable and chicken keema curry, steamed rice, edamame, and kiwi
It’s been pouring rain here all day. In the rainy season it does that all the time, so it’s a bit of a downer when it pours all day, but in the summer when it’s so hot, it’s soooo nice to have a relief from the burning sun and heat!
